Sometimes the scale shows the result we hoped for, and sometimes it doesn’t. But this journey is about so much more than a number. It’s about the courage to show up, the honesty to face where we are, and the determination to keep going anyway.

Take a moment to think about your week. What did you do that moved you forward? Maybe you made a healthier choice, stayed on plan when it was difficult, asked for support, or simply didn’t give up on yourself. Those things matter more than you might realise.

If you’re pleased with your result, celebrate it—you’ve earned that moment of pride. If you’re feeling disappointed, remember that disappointment doesn’t mean failure. It’s just a sign that you care about your progress and your goals.

Every week gives us a chance to learn. What worked well that you can keep doing? What could you adjust, even slightly, to help you reach next week’s goal? Small changes and consistent effort add up to powerful results over time.

Spring is here, and with it comes a fresh chance to start again. From now until 1st July, there are around 16 weeks ahead of us — 16 opportunities to make small changes that can lead to incredible results.

Think about what could happen if you simply took this journey one week at a time. Not aiming for perfection, not putting pressure on yourself to be flawless, but just showing up for yourself again and again.

Because the truth is, every healthy choice matters. Every time you choose a balanced meal, every walk you take, every moment you decide not to give up on yourself — it all adds up.

Just imagine where you could be by 1st July.
• 1 lb a week could be 16 lbs gone
• 2 lbs a week could be 32 lbs gone
• 3 lbs a week could be 48 lbs gone

Each person bringing their own story… their hopes, their struggles, their wins and sometimes their worries too.

Group isn’t just about the scales. It’s about support, encouragement and reminding people that they are never alone on this journey. It’s about celebrating the victories, no matter how small they may seem, and helping lift each other up on the tougher weeks.

Seeing people believe in themselves again, watching confidence grow, and being part of those life-changing moments is something truly special.

Every week I sit here getting ready, feeling grateful that I get to be part of something that helps people realise they are stronger than they ever thought.

Who says you can’t enjoy a good fry-up and still stay on plan? 🍳

A proper fry-up doesn’t have to mean loads of oil or feeling like you’ve gone off track. It’s all about making a few simple swaps and cooking it in a healthier way while still keeping all the flavours we love.

Think grilled bacon, lean sausages, eggs cooked your favourite way, mushrooms, tomatoes and maybe some crispy potatoes or beans on the side. Cooked with minimal oil, packed with goodness and still just as satisfying.

Meals like this prove that healthy eating doesn’t mean missing out. You can still enjoy those comforting, hearty plates of food that feel like a treat — just made in a way that supports your goals.

Be honest… what do you nibble on while watching TV at night? 📺🍿

Are you someone who likes a little snack while relaxing in the evening, or do you prefer not to snack at all?

For some people it’s a bowl of fruit, a yoghurt, or a handful of something crunchy. Others might enjoy popcorn, a hot chocolate, or a little treat they’ve planned into their day. And then there are those who are happy just curling up with a drink and skipping the snacks altogether.

There’s no right or wrong here — it’s all about finding what works for you and your journey. Sometimes planning a small evening snack can stop you from feeling deprived, while other times you might realise you’re not actually hungry at all… just enjoying the habit of relaxing.

The key is being mindful and making choices that support how you want to feel.

You know the kind… playing games, watching movies, laughing together and enjoying those little moments that we don’t always get during the busy weeks.

Life moves so fast sometimes. Work, routines, responsibilities — it can feel like the days just fly by. That’s why weekends like this are so special. Time to slow down, switch off from the rush and simply enjoy being together.

A good Saturday night meal doesn’t have to mean going off track. 🍽️

For so many of us, Saturday nights used to mean takeaways, big portions and that feeling of *“I’ll start again on Monday.”* But one of the most powerful things about this journey is learning that you can still enjoy a proper, comforting Saturday night meal and stay on plan.

It might be a homemade fakeaway, a delicious curry and rice, loaded wedges with a big colourful salad, or a plate full of your favourite foods made in a way that supports your goals.

Saturday night meals should still feel special. They should feel relaxing, satisfying and something you look forward to at the end of the week. The difference now is that you’re making choices that leave you feeling proud instead of regretful.

This journey isn’t about missing out. It’s about discovering that you can enjoy the foods you love while still moving forward.

So whatever is on your plate tonight, enjoy it, savour it and remember — you can have great meals and still stay on track.
