My practice this morning: meditation, pranayama and savasana. Today this is just what I needed, mindful breathing, little movement and deep rest.

This is still yoga. A union always. Breath and mind. Spirit and soul. Love and peace. 💗

Happy New Year, folks. I’m looking forward to starting classes very soon & can’t wait to see you.

This new block of classes in Hythe focuses on the time of year and the season of winter, which yoga teaches us is a time to reflect, rest & reset so prepare for mindful breathing and movement in Hatha Flow and soothing and still Nourish & Nurture Yin.

Over 55’s yoga in Cheriton focuses on the same yoga teachings with a slower pace.
