🌸 Your Body Was Made for This 🌸
During birth, your body instinctively knows how to move. One of the most powerful things you can do is listen to it.
Lying flat on your back may be common in hospitals, but it works against gravity and can slow things down. It puts pressure on your spine and reduces space in your pelvis — making it harder for baby to move down gently and easily.
✨ Instead, trust your body’s wisdom:
🌿 Kneeling or on hands and knees
🌿 Standing, swaying, or leaning forward
🌿 Side-lying with support
🌿 Deep squat or birth stool
These positions create more space, invite your baby to descend with ease, and allow your body to flow with each wave. 🌊
You are in control. You can move. You can breathe. You can birth your baby in the way that feels right for you. 💫
