Start your weekend with joy and lightness. Take a moment to step outside, breathe in the fresh air and really listen to the world waking up around you. 🌞

Tomorrow evening I will be holding a beautiful chakra realigning sound bath at the Crowshute Centre, Chard at 7pm. A gentle space to soften, release and reset before the new week begins.

If you feel called to join, you can book your space through the website.

Your nervous system called. It wants you in Chard on Sunday.

Because honestly, when was the last time you let yourself fully switch off?

We spend all week holding everything together, the to‑do lists, the emotions, the pace, the people. By Sunday, your body is whispering for a reset long before your mind catches up.

That’s where the sound comes in.
Crystal bowls, gentle frequencies, deep rest that reaches the places talking can’t.

A full-body exhale. A softening. A moment where your system finally says,

“Oh, this is what calm feels like.”

If you’ve been running on empty, overwhelmed, overstimulated or just craving a pocket of peace that’s just for you, this is your sign.

A few spaces left, book your spot and give your whole self the reset it’s been asking for.

✨ Sound therapy may be unregulated, but the space I hold never is.

In a world where anyone can pick up a bowl and call it healing, I choose a gentler and more intentional path. One rooted in study, integrity, and a deep respect for the people who trust me with their nervous systems.

My work is supported by real training and real understanding. I am accredited with the International Guild of Complementary Therapists and a student member of the Complementary Medical Association. I am currently completing my Advanced Sound Therapy qualification which will move me into therapist status with the CMA.

Alongside this, I am writing my dissertation for my BA Hons degree in psychology, exploring the mind, emotion, and the ways we hold and release tension. This learning flows into every session I create.

When you step into my space, you step into something held with care
🌿 a space that understands the nervous system
🌿 a space that honours your story
🌿 a space that protects your energy
🌿 a space shaped by both science and soul

Sound therapy may be unregulated, but my standards are not.

I offer a space that is safe, grounded, and created with intention.

A space where you can soften, breathe, and be held with understanding.

This is what makes Sarenity different.
This is what makes my work yours.

10 things I learnt on annual leave 🌿✨
(AKA: the mindful magic of stepping away so you can return softer, clearer and more aligned)

1. Rest is a healer, even healers need healing, and a week of slow mornings, sunshine and family laughter recalibrates the whole nervous system.

2. Presence is a practice. Watching the kids play barefoot, listening to the wind, feeling my shoulders drop reminded me why I teach others to slow down too.

3. Silence is underrated, no bowls, no bookings, no schedule, just breath. (I might have been bowl shopping in Totnes!)

4. Your energy resets when you honour it,stepping back is not indulgent; it is essential for anyone holding space for others.

5. Creativity returns when you rest, new meditation ideas, new sound journeys and new offerings arrived the moment I stopped forcing them.

6. Family time is medicine! The kind that fills your cup in ways no modality ever could.

7. Balance is a choice and choosing it makes me a better practitioner, parent and person.

8. The world does not fall apart when you pause, emails wait, messages wait, the studio waits and everything feels lighter when you return.

9. Catching up can be joyful, even the inbox mountain and the “sorry I missed your call” moments feel softer when you are rested.

10. And yes, you can absolutely tell I am back because the bowls are out, the space is open and I am already talking about vibration, regulation and resonance again ✨

Back, grounded, grateful and ready to hold space with a full heart and a replenished nervous system.🙏

The milestone I thought was at least a year away has arrived early. My heart is honestly so full. 🌿✨

My brand new Sarenity website is officially live. A calm, easy space where you can book classes, explore what is coming up and dive deeper into the world of sound healing. It means I can now bring this work to so many more people with clarity, simplicity and ease. 🌙💫

To my clients, thank you. Your support, your trust, your messages and your presence in the room mean everything. You are the reason Sarenity has grown into the community it is today. 🤍

And a massive thank you to Vicki for her support, guidance and magic in helping bring this to life. ✨

Here is to growth, alignment and the next chapter for Sarenity.

People often think a sound bath is basically a supervised nap where the main goal is “do not be the one who snores first.”

A whole room of adults lying perfectly still, trying to look serene while secretly praying their nose does not do that tiny whistle thing.
It is funny because it is true and we have all been there.

But beneath the humour, something much deeper happens.

When you finally stop performing, stop holding it all together, stop bracing for the next thing, your whole system gets a chance to soften.
Your nervous system starts quietly rebooting itself like,

“thank you, I was one minor inconvenience away from screaming into a pillow.”

The bowls meet you where words cannot.
They reach the places your mind avoids, the tension you have normalised, the exhaustion you have been carrying like it is part of your personality.

You lie down thinking you are here for a rest
and your body goes,
“Oh. This. This is what I have been needing.”

If you are craving that kind of reset, the real kind, not the five minutes of deep breathing in the car kind, I have a class this Sunday in Ilminster at 7pm.

Come as you are.
Let yourself be held.
Let your system exhale.

Message me to book your space.

This is for the women who are done with feeling foggy, fiery, forgotten and frayed at the edges.

The ones whose hormones are dancing their own wild dance, peri to post and who are craving a moment where their nervous system can finally exhale.

For the women done with:
🫶The 3am wake‑ups
🫶The mood swings that come out of nowhere
🫶The hot flushes that feel like a personal summer
🫶The anxiety that wasn’t there before
🫶The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix

Sound healing works directly with the nervous system, lowering cortisol, slowing the breath, and helping the body shift out of survival mode and into regulation. ✨️Perimenopause & Menopause Sound Bath✨️7pm • 10th May • Crowshute Centre, Chard.

This session is created specifically for women in this chapter, grounding, soothing, and giving your system the reset it’s been craving.

All profits from this class will go to the RNLI “Mile a Day in May” challenge that my daughter and I are completing together.

🌙 Waxing Crescent in Ta**us — Slow Magic Rising
Sunday 19 April | 7pm | Ilminster Parish Hall

As we move into the waxing crescent Moon in Ta**us, the energy shifts from intention into gentle momentum. This phase is all about planting roots, choosing what you want to grow, and letting your body soften enough to receive.

Ta**us brings earth energy, steady, sensual, grounding. It invites you to slow down, unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders and remember that healing doesn’t have to be dramatic. Sometimes it’s simply choosing calm on purpose.

In this week’s sound bath, we’ll be working with:

✨ Nervous system nourishment, guiding the body out of fight‑or‑flight and into rest‑and‑repair.

✨ Rooting and stabilising, reconnecting with safety, steadiness and your physical body.

✨ Intentions that actually take hold, the waxing crescent is the moment to plant what you want to grow.

✨ Softening into self‑worth, Ta**us reminds us we deserve comfort, rest and pleasure without earning it.

You simply arrive, get cosy and let the sound meet you exactly where you are.

🌿✨ 10 sound‑soaked habits that I learnt to raise your frequency

1. Humming like a bee to interrupt spiralling thoughts. A primal vibration that breaks the stress loop and softens your whole chest.

2. Barefoot grounding outside. Earth + frequency = instant recalibration for your lower nervous system and Root chakra.

3. Singing to the trees or giving them a big hugwhen your mind feels loud. Nature doesn’t judge your voice it co‑regulates with you.

4. Splashing your face with cold water. The dive reflex resets your system.

5. A physiological sigh to drop back into your body. Double inhale, long exhale, the fastest, science‑backed way to reduce stress in real time.

6. Shaking your body to a drumbeat. Ancient medicine for releasing stuck energy and waking up your life force.

7. Getting outside in nature and listening to birdsong. Natural soundscapes regulate your nervous system and remind your body it’s safe.

8. Legs‑up‑the‑wall yoga pose. A simple inversion that soothes your vagus nerve and settles your whole system.

9. Gratitude whispered out loud into the field. Your voice + intention = a frequency shift your brain can actually register.

10. A hug from a loved one
Warmth, pressure, and presence release oxytocin, your body’s natural antidote to stress.
