I haven’t posted much on my celebrant page lately but I have to share today’s story
Today I helped members of my extended family to say a fond farewell to a special man, Clive.
The farewell was planned by his family, just how he and they wanted it.
We met at his local, his family, his friends and work mates, I shared his story then opened the mic to others.
We heard so many brilliant stories, memories and dedications - thank you everyone for joining me.
There are so many more stories to share and memories to store, keep saying his name in the same tone as you always did, he will live on in your hearts forever ❤️

Today I received some beautiful flowers from a lovely family.
I went over the bridge to Hessle to help them to remember and celebrate the life of a special lady who passed away 10 years ago.
What a great turn out, family and friends from all over the country, plus some from Norway, they all joined together to share memories and reflect on the impact which Michelle had on their lives.
I was a huge privilege to have been asked to write and to deliver this memorial service, with so much help from her daughter and family 🩷

Hi everyone, I haven't updated this page for a while, Ive just been so busy with the other side of my life but my Celebrant life has still been happening.
🩷Over the summer I have had two wedding privileges - first I conducted a 10 year vow renewal in the woods - it was just perfect, filled with love and smiles. The second wedding I was asked to walk the bride down the aisle, I hope that Im smiling as much as she was when Im her age 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨
💜I have also had the great honour of being asked to support 5 families over the summer to say goodbye to their loved ones. A mixture of people I have known, their relations or a match made by the funeral director who called me to support a family, and we really did get on x I also supported one of the families with burying their loved ones ashes last week, a few simple words and I read the poem which the lady had asked to be read at her funeral service x
💛Ive also had time to launch a workshop which has been in my head for a long time, I called it Align & Shine. A group of ladies together, talking about self belief, memories, music, photos and crystals, we all had a great day😍

I'm heading off on my travels very soon, to the land of yoga and meditation, long beaches and monsoon 🧡

Life has been a bit busy lately and I haven’t had time or space to support families but today I’ve just helped a family to say goodbye to their loved one.

Writing Sue’s story was a privilege, her children gave me lots of memories to share 💗

Thank you for sharing your Mum’s story with me, it was an honour to write and share it

One piece of advice - don’t tell people that you like something as that’s all you’ll get for Christmas 🎄
