What I’m leaving in 2025 & the swaps I’m making.
Having slowed down over the Christmas break, I’ve struggled getting myself back to the grind- what a difference a couple of weeks make, but it got me thinking , about making some changes this year for my own health & wellbeing ✨
So…
Rather than doing my admin on my day off- I’ll build it into my working week & have a day off 🥰 for a better balance.
I’m a worrier, literally about everything- but I know, like night follows day, everything is ok- right?
So I’m keeping a positive mindset ✨
Exercising on set days & then when I’m busy- maybe not 😐 - I’m going to try & do something ‘everyday’ even if it’s a 10minute walk or getting the weights out for 20min, to improve my physical health & be more consistent!
