Hi everyone 👋

I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself - I’m Nicola the hands & heart behind the massage table at Elements Massage Therapy.

When I’m not helping people relax and unwind, I also work in an A & E Ambulace as a Technician 🚑 From high-pressure situations to helping people on their worst days, it’s given me a real understanding of the body and the stresses we all carry around. It’s also made me super compassionate, understanding, and pretty good with people.

I’m also a mummy to 3 beautiful children, so life is usually a mix of chaos, cuddles, snacks, and “mum, mum, mum…” on repeat 😂 Most of the time when I’m not at work, I’ve got a wean in my arms… or at least one climbing on me 🙈

I married my best friend up the hills nothing fancy, just us and a view, and all of our loved ones around us 🫶

Back in my 20s, I went travelling with one of my besties and had the time of my life 🌍✨ Ever since, I’ve always had itchy feet and a love for adventure — even if it’s just exploring somewhere new on the weekend now!

When I do have a bit of spare time, it’s all about family, fitness, or a good giggle with the girls — I love a laugh and a good workout 🏋️😂

And when childcare is sorted… I do love a good night out too 🍸😂

Massage for me isn’t just a job, it’s something I genuinely love. After seeing how much tension, stress, and exhaustion people carry (and feeling it myself!), I wanted to create a space where people can switch off, breathe, and feel like themselves again.

I’m also so lucky to have such an amazing supportive husband and family. I honestly couldn’t do any of this without your constant support, encouragement, and belief in me 🤍

Whether you need to ease tight muscles, help with an injury, de-stress, or just escape the madness for an hour, I’ve got you 🤍
