Do you want to be a good example and role model for the young people in your life, so they grow up influenced by the way you live your life in a healthy positive way?
Well you can do all this and more for just Β£25 per session, held every Thursday @ 18:30 hrs at our training facility in the capital of the highlands.
These sessions are conducted in small groups of up to 6 people maximum, and delivered as Personal Coaching sessions to teach and instruct you on how to train and fuel your body in the right way, to accelerate and maximise your results.
These are not like large group Pt classes like you may be used to. You will learn how to train and get results, as opposed to just turning up, getting thrashed and learning nothing like most classes end up doing.
I will be using my 25 years of experience, half of which was spent as a Royal Marine and a Special Forces fitness instructor, to make sure you not only get results, but understand why you are getting these results and so you can make these changes to your body and mind for life.
