A little update 🙏🏻

To my wonderful clients - thank you so much for your continued support! I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who chooses to book in with me and make massage and yoga a part of your wellness routine.

I’ve been trying to put it off as much as I can, but there will be a small £5 increase to my treatment prices moving forward. As costs continue to rise, this small change helps cover business expenses and reflects the physical toll massage can take on my hands and body as a therapist. It’s a job I truly love, but it’s also one that demands a lot physically - and this update helps me keep giving you the care and quality you deserve, sustainably.

I truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support — it means the world to me! Any questions, feel free to give me a message.

27th I will be holding a 90 minute Hot Floored special! Not all 90 minutes will be Yoga, but everyone knows I struggle to fit the whole sequence in a 60 minute class 😂, so it’ll be awesome to get every pose in! Followed by a lush Yoga Nidra meditation to wind down.
28th I will also be holding a 90 minute special! Join me for a Yang to Yin, vinyasa to yinyasa flow 😍 Also followed by a indulgent Yoga Nidra meditation to finish. Tea & cakes or a cheeky mince pie after❤️
It’s important to prioritise yourself amongst all the giving to others this festive period 🙏🏻
No extra charges, just book on when you can as spaces will fill up!

A relaxed class suitable for beginners or those wishing to slow the pace- everyone welcome. Take time with poses and flows, have more detailed explanations, find pose variations to suit you and learn the basics, all while feeling good in your body! Going through seated and standing poses, basic sun salutations, fundamental philosophies and how to start your own yoga practice.

I just wanted to pop on here to show my gratitude for you all!🤩 I am beyond grateful for all the love and support from my clients, for taking the time to write such kind words in reviews and support me as a small business. Every review and recommendation helps more than you can imagine. Feeling very blessed that you all trust me to work on your body: knots, niggles, stress, injury, mobility, flexibility and everything in between.

This doesn’t just extend to massage clients either, every yoga client this love goes to you too! I’ve been very lucky to have full yoga classes over the past couple of years and it’s made my dreams and goals come true 🥰

Some of you may have realised a few minor price changes, I honestly wish I could just help you all for free (if only😂🤦🏻‍♀️) but I have to support myself as my experience and business grows! 🙏🏻 I won’t be offering 30 minute appointments anymore as I personally dont feel it’s long enough to do any meaningful work, but I will keep the 45 minute appointments as an affordable option. 90 minute and 2 hour sessions have had a slight price increase to reflect the time, strain on my body, massage wax prices, equipment etc. I am looking to expand my knowledge through more education and courses soon, to give you the best bodywork techniques in treatment, so these price changes will also be supporting this.

I have some new (have been around for a few months) membership options available where you can save up to £50 on your appointments with each package! More information to follow 😁
