I learnt how to make this fabulous Slimming World friendly cauliflower cheese in group and it never disappoints.

Come along on Wednesday if you’d like the recipe or how to eat any of your favourite foods and still lose weight, I promise you it can be done!

Happy Sunday 💫

I kicked off the day at the beach, kettlebells followed by a swim.

I’ve done the food shopping and I’m now enjoying a hot coffee. I’m even hoping for a little nap if Rex lets me 😂

The new Slimming World wraps are awesome!

They are bigger than my head 😂

I used one in my crimpet for lunch today and it was delightful, look at the oozy cheesey goodness 🤤

Lunch out with family and it was really good! Steak (fat removed), jacket potato, onions, tomato and salad. I didn’t have desert but I may have had a spoon of Marcus’ huge sundae 😋

I’ve cooked dinner for tonight and for tomorrow (this is unheard of for me! 😂) but I did treble the amount. This means I can freeze some for Rex and some for us, future me is already thankful!!

One of my members gave me a great tip for freezer space saving, put the portions in freezer bags so you can lay them flat.

I love picking up ideas each week in group, come along tomorrow and you can too!

I found a heart shaped potato!!!!!!!!
(It may help if you squint a little 🤣)

This sums up my feelings for potatoes 🥔🫶🏼

I served this up for hubs (not raw!) and whilst he didn’t really agree with my vision, he did say it was delicious 😋
