Hi,

I am currently taking bookings for a 45minute Legs, Bums, and Tums exercise class at Sportsmed East which begins from Friday 6th June 2025.

It is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals with a targeted lower-body and core workout.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve muscular strength and endurance, and boost overall fitness in a fun, group setting.

It will consist of low impact standing and mat-based exercise using bodyweight only and you can work at the pace that is right for you.

The class is pay as you go but due to limited number of spaces, booking in advance of the class is essential.

🌟 Introducing “Building Strength & Balance” class to Woolpit Clinics 🌟

I am excited to announce the launch of a new low impact “Building Strength & Balance” class at Woolpit Clinics by inviting you for a free taster session.

The class will be held on Tuesdays 10:30-11.15am weekly (commencing from 15th April 2025)

Classes are designed for novice exercisers, older adults, and individuals with health conditions.

The class offers a total body workout through a variety of low impact, exercises—no jumping involved! Classes may include a combination of seated and standing exercise.

They focus on improving strength, balance and mobility and can be helpful for those who are at risk of falls as well as supporting overall well-being.

Exercise at Your Own Pace: The class is structured to let you work out at your own pace and an intensity that’s right for you.

Exercises: Enjoy a mix of body weight movements, resistance band exercises, and light hand weights.

Guidance and Support: I will be there every step of the way to guide you, ensure you exercise safely, and tailor exercises to your fitness level and health needs.

Build confidence: My goal is to help you build confidence in your ability to exercise, improve your fitness, and have fun while doing it.

The class will be held on Tuesdays 14:00-14:45 at Sportsmed East (in the upstairs studio).

Classes are designed for novice exercisers, older adults, and individuals with health conditions. The class offers a total body workout through a variety of low impact exercises—no jumping involved!

It’s great for building your confidence and learning how to exercise safely in a way that is best for you. The format of the class facilitates some individualised coaching within a friendly and supportive group setting.
