After Jessica's assessment at Papworth Hospital, it is unclear why she suffered her Cardiac Arrest in August after suffering an SVT. She did experience an arrhythmic episode on presentation, and a drug regime was commenced. She deteriorated over 4 hours and sustained anoxic brain injury during her cardiac arrest. Most of Jessica's current brain injury problems are described as secondary to her Cardiac Arrest. A condition in which the oxygen supply to the tissues is cut off completely)
