So who's tried the new Slimming World wraps then? They are huge compared to some of the other ones out there! 😂 I made myself this hunters chicken pizza last night using one as a base and I'm not going to lie....it was pretty bloomin good! ❤️. Who knew that I had mad pizza making skills....I know I didn't. 😂

Sun is out....so the ice cream is out too. 😋🌞 . Peanut ice cream, a meringue nest and mango and raspberries. Delicious. ❤️ x

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Easter weekend . I spent the day in London yesterday and visited the Tutankhuman Immersive Exhibition which was fabulous fun! Apparently this is what I'd look like as a Pharaoh. 😂😂

Back to the 21st century today and a spot of normality despite the Bank Holiday. My group at the Rugby Club is running as normal. Open to new, existing and returning members. It would be lovely to see you. 😘

Making the most of a day off from the 'day job'. My planned short walk became a 7 mile hike though as it was just too beautiful a morning. I'll undoubtedly be feeling that later. 🤦‍♀️😂 xx

At 48, weighing more than 34st (215.9kg) and feeling like he wasn’t living life to its fullest, Kenny recorded a goodbye message for his family after being put on a 'do not resuscitate' order by his doctors... but instead he chose to turn his life around and rewrite his story.

I had Burger in a Bowl for lunch. I love it so much I always call it my 'happy meal' as it always makes me smile! 😄

It's basically just a deconstructed burger served with all the stuff you'd usually find instead the burger bun. 😂. This way though it's delicious, low calorie and guilt free. 🤩 x

Don't hold me to it but I do think Spring could actually be...well.... 'springing' 😁.

I quite like Winter with the cosy jumpers, woolly hats and boots (I have one or two pairs 🤦‍♀️) but I am done with it now. Bring on Spring! 🌷🏵 x

Well, it might not be pretty but it was delicious. 🤦‍♀️❤️. A full English for breakfast has definitely got me set for the day. 💪 I always have malt vinegar with mine. I have done since I was a kid but apparently this isn't a done thing?? Malt vinegar with a full English...yes or no? 🤔 x

How beautiful are my roses! Alas no Valentine flowers for me this year though. These were given to me by one of my lovely members as a thank you.......let's call her M!
M joined my Thursday group in May 2024 following a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes. Fast forward 9 months though and not only is she much slinkier than she was, she has also managed to reverse her diabetes and is no longer on medication. How fabulous is that! ✨️.I should have been the one giving her flowers.😉🤣.
