A lovely day working at the OM Yoga Show, London today on stand J11 with my tutor who taught me Chair Massage

It was also lovely to see my massage training hddies who are now all excellent therapists

We had a great day treating people on the chair who all left feeling lighter in both body and mind

It's been a busy week Chair & Thai Massage with Linzi

I've done quite a few of my little signature treatments I put together 😍

A 45 minute Chair & Indian Head Combi Treatment. 30 minutes of Chair Massage followed by 15 minutes Indian Head

Great especially for the upper back, shoulders, neck and scalp
