It's been a busy week 😅

The first week of every month is about spreading Wellbeing in the community

Irthlingborough * Rushden * Bedford

Today was our Wellbeing Coffee Morning that takes place the 1st Friday of every month

10.30am-12pm at Brickhill Community Centre

Where a handful of therapists come together and offer different treatments to give you some much needed time out.

A fabulous atmosphere where people can come and enjoy a drink afterwards and have a natter ☕

A fabulous two days working at the Silverstone Festival with Heilsa Therapies 🏎️

We did not stop with a constant wait for massages.

Everyone enjoyed their massages and left feeling less tense and relaxed 😌

We were blessed with sunshine and the sound of the cars going round the track 🤣

A day off massaging clients yesterday raising money for Cancer Research with some of the team here at LM Fitness & Wellbeing

We had great fun going round the course and a big shout out to Vic, Barry & Doug 80 years old who did it with us too

So far we have raised over £1600 and in the last three years over £5000 for Cancer Research a charity all close to our hearts
