A lovely day working at a Yoga Retreat based at The Granary, Brogborough treating all attendees to 20 minutes of Indian Head Massage

Great day and ran by the amazing LVC Yoga

Lisa also does all the food and cooked up an amazing and nutritious lunch followed at the end of the day with homemade cakes and bakes that ar absolutely amazing

I had a lovely day 🙏

A lovely day working at the OM Yoga Show, London today on stand J11 with my tutor who taught me Chair Massage

It was also lovely to see my massage training hddies who are now all excellent therapists

We had a great day treating people on the chair who all left feeling lighter in both body and mind
