Living with a chronic illness and trying to keep up with work can feel like juggling more than I can handle some days. It’s hard to find balance when your body doesn’t always cooperate, but I’m learning to listen to it more. Some days are better than others, and that’s okay. Taking breaks, asking for help when needed, and celebrating small victories is what keeps me going.
