Should I get Lip Blush ... Before or After Fillers?
🤔💁♀️
Do you want a lip makeover?
Lip blushing enhances thin & colorless lips for a beautiful natural look.
The difference between blush & fillers are:
Fillers last around 6 to 12 months & give you plump lips by injecting a dermal filler.
Lip blush lasts around 2 to 3 years & enhances your lips’ natural shade & shape by adding colour pigment to make them subtly bolder, brighter & more full with a little shape adjustment if needed.
Both treatments can help you achieve beautiful lips, but you should always get the LIP BLUSH FIRST, if you are wanting both treatments done.
Once the lip blush treatment is complete, all you have to do is enjoy your lovely new tinted lips ...& only if needed - a touch up every year or so can be done to enhance the colour a bit more.
Lip fillers require multiple touch-ups as the filler dissolves over the months ahead.
You may also find after having your lips tinted, that fillers are not actually needed with your new colour & shape adjustment.
Lip fillers will also change the shape of your lips quite a bit more than colour does... meaning that lip blush applied over lip fillers, might not look quite right once the fillers have faded... forcing you to continue to get the fillers ...& the lip blush might even appear skew or warped after having fillers, requiring further touch-ups to fix it again.
It is always better to treat natural lips & skin, so definitely schedule your lip blush appointment BEFORE the lip fillers!
Lip blush cannot MAKE your lips bigger like filler does, but it does create the illusion of bigger & fuller lips in a more natural way.
