4 week Hatha Yoga with some Yin Yang and essential relaxation. Mondays full but 2 spaces available Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm. At the Cybercafe from 26th November. Booking essential, covid regulations and guidelines followed.

Outdoor Yoga for 4 different families, 2metres apart and up to 14 participants is now allowed. Indoor Yoga will be updated on 31st July.
🧘‍♀️ All we need is the weather to improve and then it'll be Beach or Garden Yoga! 🏖🧘‍♀️
