nt, postural alignment, weight loss and rehabillitaion. Yoga is one of my guiding lights and as I am a 500hr senior teacher, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in body adjustments. You cultivate your own journey with my help, in creating a fusion of movement, breathwork and becoming more aware of your own self. I have a keen eye for detail, an amazing amount of energy. Using simple but magical tools - an indoor hockey ball, a stick and a rolled up towel, we unlock and eke out those stubborn tight parts of our bodies, working towards getting better posture and flexibility
WEDNESDAYS

MID WEEK MOVERS YOGA (in person and Zoom)
A slow flow, mat based class suitable for most levels.
10.45am Talla Lusa
CHAIR BASED YOGA (in person)
When you don't feel confident enough or "stretchy" enough for a mat based class. Maybe you have mobility or balance issues. Incorporating lots of movement and stretches, focusing on mobilising parts of those bodies that other classes can't quite reach! Suitable for most levels
6pm Breakish Hall
YOGA WITH BELLS ON (in person)
The best class ever - it has it all! Strength, conditioning, flexibility, movement, mobility and such a great camaraderie
You will definitely sweat and you will definitely get good craic
(not for the faint hearted but beginners very welcome)
SUNDAYS
6pm (on Zoom)
A mat based class suitable for most levels, including both contemporary and traditional poses and movements
