Day three at the Cuilin Hills Hotel, hard graft after 8 weeks lockdown but all trees as required and even had a very small audience for a minute or two....

So, back to work. The great Mackay up aloft in Penifiler, on stage one of a road re-route and entrance reconfiguration. Very odd at break times, although whilst working, 30m is pretty good social distancing!

So it's been a while, but from thursday GSF will be back in the saddle - social distancing, masks where possible and furiously handwashing much more than usual. Does this mean we've won? Absolutely not, but man cannot live on bread alone, Ms Sturgeon says we can do, so let's get on with it.

Update: well there I was about to think of getting a few jobs done at isolated locations or houses with no-one there maybe next week, when the Home farm (Portree) situation reminds us all in the Highlands that this virus IS big and VERY scary. Ms Sturgeon is telling us to isolate, stay at home and there are now extra Scot Gov schemes on the go to enable us to do this without starving to death. So with great plaudits to the nhs girls at An Arcasaid nhs care home Broadford, where all residents were tested clear as of this morning, GSF Ltd will see patiently waiting clients hopefully in the near future. Hmmm - essential? ...discuss
I have a lot of work in the book, half of which is for clients of, ahem, advanced years, I am not, repeat not, going to put any of you at greater risk by getting your jobs done until Boris and the NHS has triumphed. I make no apologies for this as my own parents are in their 90's and...well, just no. So all waiting clients , both new and existing...carry on existing and stay well folks, see you on the other side. G

Good morning all, well it would appear being concerned about a bad case of wind is now the least of our worries. Because of the nature of our work, apart from when we meet to discuss requirements, prices etc, actual exposure to each other is not necessary, so as I post, its business as usual for GSF. I wish all new, old and prospective customers the very best of health through the Covid 19 issues.
