Carley has reached an incredible milestone, achieving her all time best in her weight loss journey. She has lost an amazing 15.7kg (approximately 2½ stone) & reduced her overall measurements by an impressive 129.5cm…including a remarkable 47.5cm off her waist & tummy alone.

At the beginning of the week, Debbie kicked off with a 750g loss, an incredible result, especially after the weekend!

Weekends can be challenging for many, but Debbie stayed focused while working, and it truly shows on the scales. Consistency is key, and when you stay committed like this, your goals come within arm’s reach.

There’s always a maintenance range (a little up, a little down), & Kate has smashed this for 3 years now 👏.
