I visited Pizza Express in Durham with my other half after visiting the Moon exhibition at Durham Cathedral.

I was 100% impressed with my meal. The food was delicious, the waitress who served us was knowledgable and attentive.

The GF food is even served on different dishes to the rest of the menu.

100% recommended based on my visit.

Chicken burger, chips, onion ring and delicious bun with a side of gluten free garlic bread - all gluten free and so tasty at - absolutely wonderful to have such a lovely, normal and comforting meal next to warm crackling fire. Topped off with brilliant and friendly staff who were fully aware of the important of gluten free for coeliacs.

Great to find a dairy free latte option at - and although lots of soya isn’t great for female hormones (I usually use coconut milk) this was great for a warm treat while we were out to see festivities at Fenwicks window 🎄

So these chocolate orange oat cookies are an absolute saviour when I need a quick sweet treat. I make them as chocolate orange but you can add any flavour you like, or no flavour at all depending on your taste. Or substitute the chocolate chips for raisins, cranberries etc if you prefer a fruit cookie.
