Mental Health Awareness Week starts tomorrow 💚
And this year, Becca Clayton and the team at Tonic Wellbeing want to gently remind you of something we often forget:
You do not have to earn rest.
You do not have to “push through” alone.
And being compassionate towards yourself is not weakness, it’s a skill.
At Tonic, we talk a lot about turning awareness into action.
