Taking a little moment of gratitude today while I’m on my last day on the spiritual retreat.

A huge thank you to Stacey, who organised and held such a beautiful retreat space this weekend. The energy, care, and intention that went into the whole experience has been incredible.

And another very special thank you to Colette, who gave me the most profound Dragon Healing session. It was truly powerful and something I will never forget. During the session I was introduced to my very own dragon guide, which was an incredibly magical and humbling experience.

Moments like these remind me why I do the work I do at Harmony Healing. Healing, connection, and spiritual growth are such powerful gifts.

A Little Time for Rest & Realignment
This weekend I am on a personal spiritual retreat, taking some much-needed time to rest, reset and realign my own energy. As many of you know, I spend a lot of time holding space for others, so this little pause is something I truly need.
