Our need for physical assistance in yoga can shift moment to moment. Some days we crave that extra support, other days we’re not quite sure—or just want space to move on our own. And that’s totally okay.

✨ After much contemplation, I’ve finally taken the leap and begun my Yin Yoga teacher training. This practice has called to me for quite some time, but I kept holding back.

I’ve come to see that sometimes, you simply need to follow what truly lights you up. I’m stepping into this journey with the intention to learn, evolve, and eventually share this calming, deeply grounding practice with others. 🌙🧘‍♀️

I am truly grateful to all who have attended this session over the past 18 months.

To share my heartfelt appreciation & gratitude to you and the practice of yoga, I would like to offer 1 free yoga session* per person: this offer is available to everyone, you do not need to be a current student. Just book in, roll out your mat and enjoy the practice.

Waterfall.

For me this is the perfect yoga asana when I’ve been sat at a desk all day, also great for those who have been standing or after a long walk / workout.... pure relaxation for tired or aching legs and feet.

So many benefits and better yet, no alignment required, just invite your legs to relax, you don’t even need props if you don’t have them, it can even be done on the bed before sleep..... Perfect ✨
