Can you believe it is almost September? Wow...

Treat your Self on Sunday the 7th of September to a Yin Yoga Deep Dive session where each pose becomes an opportunity to strengthen your body and awaken your inner light.

Class is held at the Jyoti Centre for Wellbeing and Yoga in Kelty (12 Main Street Kelty KY4 0AA) from 11.00 to 12.30 - £14

🪷 This session consists of holding poses for a longer period of time to strengthen our deep and mostly non-stretchy tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and bones, whilst bringing awareness to our inner wellbeing and divine light. Ingrid weaves meditation, breathing, relaxation, yoga philosophy, and mantra throughout the class creating a holistic journey for the body, mind, and spirit. 🕉✨🥰

Thrilled to be running this course again at the gorgeous Jyoti Centre in Kelty.
✨Monday evenings 6.30pm-8pm.✨

This course is it open to all ages & genders and I also have some funded spaces for under 30's.
There are only 8 space available in total so get in touch soon if your are interested in joining this cohort on the 1st of September!
The full price of the 6 week course is £160 which includes 12 hours of teaching, workbook, homework, in-person & online sessions. Payment plans are available and a £40 deposit is required at booking.
