With 6 days still to go we have both achieved our 100 mile target and are over the moon to have raised over £1200 for Prostate Cancer Research. We have a busy week ahead but will continue to add the miles and hopefully a few more donations. Huge thanks to everyone who has donated so far ❤️🙏

Yin yoga is a great practice! Holding poses for a longer period of time strengthens deep and mostly non-stretchy tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and bones, whilst bringing awareness to your inner wellbeing and divine light.

Why it is called deep dive? I weave meditation, breathing, relaxation, yoga philosophy, and mantra throughout class creating a holistic journey for the body, mind, and spirit. 🕉🥰

Morag is staying in India for a few more days to rest, reset and further her yoga studies. Sonia is back refreshed and raring to get back on the mat with you. No Wednesday chair class this week but otherwise full timetable resumes as normal from today. Cant wait to see you all 🙏

Jyoti Centre Kelty is delighted to announce that Sonia has been recognised by Yoga Alliance International as a Yoga Master. Jyoti Centre must be one of the few yoga studios with two recognised Yoga Masters. Well done Sonia 🙏

REVISED TIMETABLE
Morag and Sonia are heading to India on retreat with some of our students. For the weeks commencing 26th January and 2nd and 9th February most classes will be running as normal with guest teachers but there will be some changes. The revised timetable can be found on the Wix App or on our website booking page. I'm sure you will all enjoy the classes and Morag and Sonia are looking forward to being back with you soon.
