Now is the perfect time to try one of our classes. As the seasons change and the nights darken we often tend to turn inwards and look for a warm blanket to protect us. Yoga can do just that. Can you believe it is almost September? Wow...

Treat your Self on Sunday the 7th of September to a Yin Yoga Deep Dive session where each pose becomes an opportunity to strengthen your body and awaken your inner light.

Class is held at the Jyoti Centre for Wellbeing and Yoga in Kelty (12 Main Street Kelty KY4 0AA) from 11.00 to 12.30 - £14

🪷 This session consists of holding poses for a longer period of time to strengthen our deep and mostly non-stretchy tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and bones, whilst bringing awareness to our inner wellbeing and divine light. Ingrid weaves meditation, breathing, relaxation, yoga philosophy, and mantra throughout the class creating a holistic journey for the body, mind, and spirit. 🕉✨🥰
