Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year and thank you to all those who have joined for a zoom yoga class and donated. I have also matched those donations and today have donated £256.98 to Cancer Research UK, with gift aid that amount increases to just over £320 :-)

So I don't teach any regular or weekly classes but I do provide cover for other yoga teachers who may be ill or on holiday. From next week, I am covering for Yoga Sapien on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Kendal Yoga Space at Mapdec Cycle Works, until Christmas. If anyone is local and would like to drop in, you can book a place on Mapdec's TeamUp page.

As winter approaches, online zoom yoga starts again next week.

Typically 2 classes a week, bookable on eventbrite, classes are free but you can donate via ko-fi, and all proceeds after commissions etc, will be donated to Cancer Research UK.

Another Yoga Hikes weekend to mark International Yoga Day and Summer Solstice last week. A great weekend based at Glaramara Hotel in the stunning Borrowdale valley, we were even lucky dodging the worst of the weather, waterproofs on for about 30minutes. Other highlights included the amazing food, a really friendly and easy going group and even a red squirrel outside our yoga room 😊

Last zoom of this winter block this morning.
Thank you to everyone who has joined classes and practised yoga with me online. Great to have been able to get you moving in the mornings and winding down in the evenings on the mat. Hope to start zoom again when the days get dark and cold again later in the year

As the signs of Spring are emerging, we are now almost at the end of zoom yoga to see us through the darkest months. Two more classes to go ; tomorrow Friday 17th at 6pm and Thursday 23rd at 8am so please book your space.
If you do have any unused classes on purchased class packs I will refund these back to you via stripe.
