Autumn has finally arrived for me anyway! Days are getting shorter, colours are beautiful out in the fells and I’m back to teaching a bit more now. A varied week ; seated yoga for Age Uk and weekly Monday evenings for Kendal Tri Club, both very different but equally rewarding 🧘‍♀️

Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year and thank you to all those who have joined for a zoom yoga class and donated. I have also matched those donations and today have donated £256.98 to Cancer Research UK, with gift aid that amount increases to just over £320 :-)

So I don't teach any regular or weekly classes but I do provide cover for other yoga teachers who may be ill or on holiday. From next week, I am covering for Yoga Sapien on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Kendal Yoga Space at Mapdec Cycle Works, until Christmas. If anyone is local and would like to drop in, you can book a place on Mapdec's TeamUp page.

As winter approaches, online zoom yoga starts again next week.

Typically 2 classes a week, bookable on eventbrite, classes are free but you can donate via ko-fi, and all proceeds after commissions etc, will be donated to Cancer Research UK.

Another Yoga Hikes weekend to mark International Yoga Day and Summer Solstice last week. A great weekend based at Glaramara Hotel in the stunning Borrowdale valley, we were even lucky dodging the worst of the weather, waterproofs on for about 30minutes. Other highlights included the amazing food, a really friendly and easy going group and even a red squirrel outside our yoga room 😊
