Ok, yes, this is off the cuff! Went to my ‘go to’ jumping session but I’ve thrown in some serious Corona messages & some Boris/Trump hand waving! 😂🤦🏻‍♂️☝🏼 Heard there was someone trying to muscle in on my PE with Freddie action, losing fans, so I did a couple of videos! 🤪😂😂😏🙌🏻 Stay Healthy!!! 🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

Ok, I admit it, I shouldn’t have tried to ride the exercise bike! It’s far too big and heavy & made me stick my tongue out!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤨
