Parenthood changes everything-including your relationship. That’s why we’re bringing you two powerful workshops with Annabel Nicholls, designed to help couples navigate the ups and downs of parenting together.

Workshop 1: 🤩 Navigating Your Relationship as Parents (2-part series on different days so both parents can attend while the other stays with the kids!)

🥳🎉🍾Happy New Year! 🥳🎉🍾

From my tribe to yours. I wish you a happy, calm, drama free 2024 filled with love. With everything that has happened to us over the past couple of years, I have appreciated my friends and family more than ever. Their hugs, support and general fabulousness has meant a huge amount to me. So for this year I just want more of the same again - connection with others, being kind to myself and deepening my ability to live in the moment because sometimes, when life is a bit s**t, that’s all I can do. Oh and more swimming.. much more swimming!!
