❓ Do I need to attend a prescription clinic for Anti-Wrinkle treatments?
The answer is: Yes. From June 2025, it’s the law. ⚖️
✨ At Lakes Aesthetic Clinic, this has always been part of our safe practice — but I’ve had a few enquiries recently asking if attending a prescription clinic is optional. The answer is ❌ no, it isn’t optional.
Here’s what you need to know 👇
✅ You must have a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber before treatment
✅ Prescriptions are written specifically for you — they cannot be shared, reused, or carried over
✅ Only once your prescription is issued can your treatment go ahead.
💊 The good news? Pharmacy turnaround is usually very quick, so in most cases you can have your treatment within a couple of days of your prescription.
