CLIENT NOTICE REGARDING FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS & REFUND POLICY
I would just like to politely remind all clients that when booking treatments, booster packages, or follow-up appointments in advance, all payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes:
β’ Pre-booked follow-up appointments
β’ Booster injection packages
β’ Advance payments made at your main appointment for future treatments
The reason this policy is in place is because when follow-up treatments are booked and paid for in advance, vitamin stock and appointment time are specifically reserved for you. This ensures your treatment is available and ready for your appointment date.
Before any treatment is carried out, all clients are required to complete and sign both a medical form and consent form. Within these forms, the refund policy is clearly stated.
Please ensure you fully read all forms and policies before signing, as your signature confirms that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions provided. Once signed, this forms a binding agreement between both parties.
I completely understand that circumstances can change, which is why I do try to offer flexibility where possible. If you no longer require the follow-up treatment you originally booked and paid for, you are welcome to:
β’ Transfer the treatment to somebody else
OR
β’ Keep the credit on your account to use towards a future treatment at a later date
