🦵 Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome (GTPS) 🦵

Achilles tendinopathy is a condition that brings pain, swelling, and stiffness to the Achilles tendon—the crucial connector between your calf muscles and heel bone. Often caused by overuse or repetitive stress, it can feel like a major setback for runners.
