👣 Heel pain slowing you down? It could be plantar fasciitis.

Plantar fasciitis (or plantar heel pain) is irritation of the thick band of tissue that supports your arch and it’s one of the most common causes of pain under your heel.

Who’s most at risk?

- Prolonged standing
- Runners or those increasing activity too quickly
- Flat feet or high arches
- Tight calves
- Unsupportive footwear

Simple ways to ease pain early on:

- Gently stretch your calves and the sole of your foot
- Consider a supportive cushioned insole

🦵 Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome (GTPS) 🦵
