After a relaxing Yoga Nidra in class today we got to talking about meditation and I mentioned the fabulous Insight Timer. So many different teachers, meditations and classes I recommend it to anyone. It’s free too! There is a paid version but there’s plenty of free content. This is one of my favourites.

Helllo lovely followers! Due to surgery in November classes are temporarily on pause from 7 November until (hopefully!) early January 2026. Thanks to everyone who has supported my new classes in Kendal this year. Wishing you all the best and hoping to practice with more of you next year.

Morning all, I’ve had some interest in weekend classes lately - am thinking of a late afternoon slot on Sundays, once a month to start off with.

A 90 min relax and restore class, with gentle yoga, Yin holds and restorative poses, ending with a relaxation. I’m thinking around 3 pm but open to suggestions. If this is something you might be interested in get in touch 😊

Following the positive feedback and uptake from Yoga in the Park over in the summer, we are delighted to announce the launch of 'Yoga in the community'

Offering the same welcoming and accessible Yoga class, but at a more permanent home (indoors) for the community to enjoy.

Yoga in the Community is more than just a yoga class, proceeds from tickets will go towards supporting our year-round programme supporting wellbeing in our community.

So by making the important decision to make time for you, you’re supporting someone else in our community.

Our first class starts this Wednesday at Croftlands Community Centre, Ulverston, 5.45pm - 6.45pm
