Join us tomorrow morning for our first peer-led group walk in the Lake District to Rydal Water and Rydal Cave.

Meeting at White Moss car park at 10:00am (please note this is a pay and display car park). The route will start here, and we will make our way around Rydal Water, anti-clockwise towards Rydal Cave and back around to the car park. The walk will take around 2 hours approximately.

Fellas, this is a great opportunity to connect with others, enjoy nature, and prioritise your mental health.

Our peer-led walking group is designed for men who struggle with their mental health. We provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for men to come together, connect, and improve their mental well-being through the power of walking and peer support. Our goal is to create a safe space for men to share their experiences, build relationships, and promote overall mental wellness. Join us on Sunday 20th July for our next peer-led group walk along the beautiful River Kent!

Meeting at Kendal Leisure Centre car park at 10:00 a.m. The route will start here, and we will make our way along the river towards Hawes Bridge via Watercrook, returning to Kendal via Scroggs on the opposite side of the river. Approximately 4 miles altogether.

We did this walk a few weeks ago and it proved to be really enjoyable, so it might become one of our regular walks.

Gents, this is a great opportunity to connect with others, enjoy nature, and prioritise your mental health.

Join us tomorrow morning for our next peer-led group walk around Kendal Castle.

We will meet at 10am in the car park next to Kendal United FC's clubhouse. We will begin our walk here and walk around the castle, down to Fletcher Park, along the Lancaster Canal, and onto Gooseholme. Following that, we'll walk back around towards Castle Road and end up at the castle for a spectacular view.

Taking part in one of our peer-led group walks looks a bit like this: a group of like-minded people enjoying nature together. We believe that sometimes all it takes to improve your mental health is a stroll outside. Consider joining us on our next group walk if you're struggling mentally and need a few hours in nature!

Join us this coming Sunday, the 22nd June for our next peer-led group walk around Kendal Castle.

We will meet at 10am in the car park next to Kendal United FC's clubhouse.
