But remember, new habits aren’t about becoming a brand-new you—they’re about gently shifting towards a better, more balanced version of yourself.
Common Obstacles
The “All or Nothing” Trap: You skip one gym or yoga session and suddenly feel like you’ve failed. Spoiler: You haven’t. 🙌 and anyway, there’s no such thing as failure.
Old Habits Die Hard: Reaching for a biscuit during tea breaks or when in need of some energy is second nature, right? 🍪
