Godmersham soundbath one week today 18th January 2026 at 6 pm.

Also this morning we have been invited by Stacey at Temple Studios in Faversham to do a soundbath. Her studio is beautiful.
So the date for our first one there is 1st February.
1/11 is quite a special day.
Seeing "1 11" (or 1:11, 111) generally means it's a sign for spiritual awakening, new beginnings, and manifestation, suggesting your thoughts are rapidly becoming reality, so pay attention to your focus, intuition, and inner self for alignment with your soul's purpose. For this who are on an inner journey ( aren’t we all?) soundbaths are useful tools as the sound vibrations unlock energy lines in the body.
Sonia always spoke of soundbaths as medicine and having conducted many soundbaths over recent years thinking the medicine was for others I didn’t actually realize how powerful it has been for myself.
The deep realizations have been profound ( happy to share with anyone who is interested in this aspect)
