One week today is our 3 hour Mid Summer Cacao ceremony and Soundbath (our 'mini Puja') and we are welcoming our great friend Giles Mountain from Folkestone to play with us.
People often say that an hour is not enough so this is an opportunity for the instruments to go deeper.
We see the sound vibrations and immersion as medicine and the impact of the sounds never ceases to amaze me.
please book ASAP if you want to come along so we can ensure we have the right amount of Ceremonial Cacao.
