Location: Farningham Village Hall.

1️⃣👧🏼 Adult & Child(7+)- 11.30am-12.30pm

The children can play with various instruments first, then we settle down for a short child-focussed guided meditation, followed by the sound bath for you and your little one(s) to relax to. 😊
