Planning permission finally secured for a single storey studio annex to enable this family to finally bring their 31 years old son home who struggles with autism & dyspraxia. The 100% DG Designs Strike Rate Continues! 🙌
Planning permission obtained to turn this modest 2 bedroom bungalow into a stunning 3 bed, taking the floor area from 635 to 1173sqft! Now that's some value added for another very happy client.
Consists of 3 large double bedrooms (one with large ensuite) a family bathroom & large open plan sitting room, dining room & kitchen to rear which all benefit from a vaulted ceiling to give that extra sense of space. Large bifolds & roof lights will flood the space with natural light to give it the WoW Factor!

The wife sent me this which made me chuckle 🤭 13 yrs ago I was drawing igloos (badly) on a rare snow day when the kids were little uns. I’m not sure it ever got finished probably due to the lack of detailed drawings 🤣 I’m pleased to say that I’ve upped that level these days so get in touch if anyone needs an igloo or anything else that needs drawings 👍

Another new Local Authority for DG Designs, another planning permission secured 😀 Still 100% strike rate................

A great result for another very happy client!

Pretty much doubling the size of the existing house, this 2 storey extension will not only completely transform the internal space but the outside aesthetics too. I cant wait to see this one finished!

😃 Another day, another planning permission here at DG Designs! Still 100%! Thank you West Northants Council 👏 A few last minute tweaks to address some highway concerns got this one over the line! A fantastic garage conversion to 1 bedroom apartment which will be a great addition to a lovely village. My client is absolutely over the moon!
