Charlie had spent years stuck in a cycle of losing and regaining weight, until she decided to join Slimming World and changed everything.
With the support of her group, her Consultant and her family Claire built healthy habits, rediscovered her confidence and lost 8st (50.8kg) to reach her Target weight and now she's helping others do the same by becoming a Slimming World Consultant.

Buzzing groups this week. A long awaited 6.5 stone award presented. A member who struggled for months then suddenly surged forward to receive her 1.5 stone award, she wants to be at her goal weight for her son's wedding and was both our Slimmer of the Week and Slimmer of the Month in my Tuesday morning 9.30 session at St. Cecilia's Church, Kidderminster. ❤️
In the Stourport Bowling 5.30pm group a member achieved her 2 stone award and was jumping for joy having struggled over the last few weeks. A new member who joined us last week who suffers just about every allergy you can imagine cried at the scales when she saw that she'd lost 7lbs and was awarded her first half stone award. ❤️
Wednesday morning back at the Bowling Green Club at 9.30 the room was full, only two members couldn't stay out of 40 attending. Food ideas were flying around the room, ideas shared to one member who bravely shared she'd lost her way. She is travelling a long way to see her son in a few weeks so she left group feeling so lifted by everyone's support knowing that she could achieve a goal toward that special time. All of these achievements,
all of this togetherness and support . No wonder I'm still in grouploving my role after 30 years. ❤️

This is Gloria, she wants to join Slimming World this week but it’s her wedding anniversary in 2 weeks and a few weeks after that it’s her daughter’s 21st. Then there’s Halloween and bonfire night not long after. Before you know it Christmas will be here! Gloria is going to join in the new year, maybe February, after Valentine’s Day but definitely before Easter, as long as Easter doesn’t fall early next year, in which case she will wait until after Easter or when the clocks go forward as lighter nights are better.....
Don’t be like Gloria come and join our group this week. 😃
