If you are feeling ready this morning to start your weight loss journey then I'll be running my group just for today, at the Harriers Social Club on Stadium Close behind the football club at 9.30 and 11.00 (next Tuesday we will be back at St. Cecilia's Church just down the bottom of Hoo Road)

Thank goodness the temperatures have risen and Storm Goretti has jogged on!! At Slimming World we promise to be open 52 weeks of the Year. Tomorrow morning I am unable to run my group at St. Cecilia's Church on Hoo Road due to a funeral so I will be at the Harriers Social Club on Stadium Close off Hoo Road and behind the football club at 9.30 and 11.00am. There is plenty of parking, unfortunately there won't be facilities to make hot drinks so please bring a flask if you wish. This is a one off but apologies for any inconvenience.

The first full week of 2026 I was really pleased to see 80 existing and 7 returning and new members come to my double session group on Tuesday morning at St. Cecilia's Church. On Wednesday morning at my
single session group at Stourport Bowling Green Club I greeted 43 including 3 new members. I know that some potential members, once schools reopen, want to get organised before thinking about coming to a group. I know that some potential members may be waiting for payday at the end of the month and I totally get it. When you are feeling ready then I'll be here ready to welcome you into our warm, friendly and buzzing groups. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend. ❤️

Baby it's cold outside so I'm staying home today supporting my lovely existing and new members that came to my groups this week. Stay safe and warm. I'm going to make myself some warming, comforting soup for lunch and tonight I'm making a creamy, SWipfree carbonara. ❤️
