Starting in October, over in my Facebook group, we will be doing some live journaling to guide you in taking ownership of your wellbeing.
Journaling can be hard when you've never done it before.
I remember thinking, am I doing this right? How is this helping me? What's the point of doing this?
I was on and off with it for months before it became a staple part of my morning routine and it's the first thing I turn to when I face difficulties in my life.
It gives me the space to process emotions, reveal hidden thoughts and beliefs and just get s**t out of my system!
