โœจA FEW PLACES STILL AVAILABLE FOR NOV & DEC โœจ

Sacred Cacao Sound Ceremony
This is an opportunity to enjoy the heart opening qualities of cacao.
Cacao is a beautiful, gentle, heart healing medicine that can help bring clarity where we are feeling unclear, focus where we are feeling scattered and clearing where we are stagnated and stuck. This medicine helps us access realms that are often unavailable to us when we are too caught up in the head and enables connection with the subconscious realms where deep seated healing can take place. ๏ฟฝWith Cacao we drop down from the head into the heart where we can navigate with feeling instead of thought. Cacao helps disperse any blockages around the heart and coupled with the vibrations from the healing sounds we experience healing at a cellular level to rebalance the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝThis intimate ceremony will give us the space and time to tune into the stillness within to connect to our deepest intuition, release any blockages that may be present, bring clarity to any areas that need our attention and help us enjoy a deep sense of peace and well-being.
Things you may experienceโ€ฆ.
- A heart opening๏ฟฝ- Deep relaxation๏ฟฝ- Feelings of joy & upliftment๏ฟฝ- Connection to your inner voice๏ฟฝ- An emotional release๏ฟฝ- A sense of peace and well-being๏ฟฝ- A heightening of your senses๏ฟฝ- Gentle visions and guidance๏ฟฝ- Clarity and stillness๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝWhat will happen during the ceremony?๏ฟฝWe will begin by silently setting our intentions for the ceremony - being clear about your intention will help cacao to work her magic with you. We will mindfully drink the Cacao experiencing itโ€™s warmth and presence in the body and you will then lie down to be bathed in relaxing, therapeutic vibrations from the sounds as these medicines do their healing work. There is nothing for you to do as you take an inner voyage with the plant and sounds as your guides.
After the ceremony we enjoy some time to share and write down any insights or wisdom that you've gained, whilst basking in the cacao glow : )) ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝI use & sell Responsibly Sourced organic Cacao from Peru.

๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿ”ฎ Embracing the Power of the Witches: Honoring Women on Samhain ๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿ”ฎ
On this day of Samhain/Halloween
the veil between the living and the spirit world is said to be at its thinnest. It is during this magical season, that we take a moment to celebrate and remember the women who were once persecuted and punished for their innate gifts and knowledge as women of knowledge and magic often called witches.

Witches, often depicted as wise women in touch with the natural world and the mystical forces that surround us, have a rich history that spans cultures and centuries. Sadly, many women with extraordinary talents and wisdom were feared, condemned, and persecuted for their supposed "witchcraft." Samhain is the perfect time to reflect on their stories and honor their resilience and strength.

Samhain, celebrated on the night of October 31st and into November 1st, is a time when we remember our ancestors and connect with the spiritual realm. It's a time to embrace the energy of transformation and renewal. It's also an ideal occasion to recognize the history of women who were accused of witchcraft. Perhaps you suffered the โ€˜witch woundโ€™ from a past life.

These women, often healers, herbalists, and keepers of ancient knowledge, were the targets of witch hunts and trials that took countless lives. But despite the darkness of their persecution, their stories continue to inspire us. The very qualities that led to their persecution โ€“ their wisdom, courage, and connection to the unseen โ€“ are celebrated and cherished today.

In celebrating these women, we can honor their memory by rekindling our connection to nature, our intuition, and the ancient wisdom they embodied. We can also commit to ensuring that such injustices are not repeated in the modern world. By learning from the past, we can protect and empower women who carry the torch of wisdom and magic today.

On this Samhain, let us light a candle for those who were wronged in the name of fear and ignorance. Let us celebrate their resilience and remember that their legacy lives on in the witches and wise women of today. May their stories serve as a reminder of the strength that can be found in embracing our own unique gifts and standing proud in the face of adversity.

As we gather around our altars and embrace the energy of Samhain, let us also embrace the power and wisdom of the witches who came before us. They are the silent whispers in the wind, guiding us forward with their eternal knowledge and the magic of the women who were punished for their extraordinary gifts. Itโ€™s time to heal the wound ๐Ÿ”ฎ๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ

Dad your part of the glue that holds our family together. (I say part because your inextricably linked with mom) Today and every day, I appreciate everything you do for our family. I'm so proud to call you my father. Who needs superheroes when the world has dads like you? Anyone can be a father, but it takes a special man to be a dad. Happy Birthday Dad ๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ I love you โ™ฅ๏ธ
