This healing path has shown me I’m a force of nature, powered by ren, and a few other artists who find the words i simply can’t, I used to post every low and turbulent moment years ago,Now I choose to post the things that give others hope, my mental health battles will forever blaze on in the background, I choose to see what I can do, no matter how fu***ng small, I will forever drag myself through the storms, knowing I have spent time carefully selecting people I thrust to lean on that make me feel safe, who want me to recover without rushing me, no judgment no gossip, it’s unconditional love and support, this environment I have crafted allows me to sit with it, not fight it, understand it, not fear it, the choices I was making were keeping me in a state of suffering and survival, the choices i started making 3 years ago and consistently since are what help me live, Do the things that keep you here, Don’t shrink, don’t apologise, simply do the things that keep you here 🦋🌻🥰 clean 2 years 7 months, sober 1 year 3 months 😎 🤘
