Belfast Marathon complete 👌🏼✅

Well done to all from Camphill Mourne Grange, we had 30 people take part in the 8 mile walk and 20 of them had all different additional needs & conditions and they all finished

What a fantastic achievement i am so proud of you all 😁

And well done to Fianna on her first marathon 🙈🙈😂

Heres to the next big event so keep an eye out for that

** UPDATE ON RETURN TO WORK**
Just a quick update that i am now going to be reopening on the 12th of May instead of the 6th of May to enjoy some well earned rest & recovery 😁

Time to swap the tracksuits out for a proper suit 🕺🏼💍

Thanks so much for all the support – I’ll be back soon, probably still full of cake, and ready to get you all moving again!

So I'm finishing up this Friday the 25th of April & will reopen the 12th of May 😁

WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🙂

Due to a last minute group cancellation we might have to cancel our first sunset sup of the year! And with weather like that this, it'd be a major crime!

So, i you have some friends who would like to cruise around on paddle boards in this stunning venue pictured above, followed by a delicious BBQ, some booze, some music and a campfire on the sand, then give us a shout and let's make it happen!

Hey everyone, it’s Ryan Doherty here from Doherty Sports Therapy & Massage based in Kilkeel

As you all know, the Mournes have been devastated by gorse fires over the past couple of days, and thanks to the amazing emergency services, they’ve now been brought under control.

I don't have much to offer these heroes, but I do have skills — so to show my appreciation to the emergency services, please let anyone you know who’s been involved in the operation know that if they’ve suffered any injuries or muscle-related strains, I’ll do my best to accommodate them free of charge.

My fiancée Amy Gadd and I are getting married in the Mournes in 3 weeks, and we are so, so, so grateful to you all for saving the beautiful Mournes.

Please, as a community, let’s show our appreciation to these heroes! 👏🏻👏🏻
