This Weds 25th March is a big day!

It’s the opening day of the Herbal Health Hub in !

This is such an exciting project and I’ll be one of the herbalists offering consultations as part of the Hub.

If you’re nearby you’d be very welcome to drop in and find out more about what the Hub can offer you.

There has been so much work going on in the background to make this happen!

You don’t need to be “confident” to speak.
You need to be true to yourself.

Modern culture treats confidence like a performance — loudness, certainty, constant self-promotion.

But I feel that real confidence is often much more quiet: it’s the ability to say what you mean without abandoning yourself.

Sometimes confidence looks like:

✨taking your time before you answer

✨changing your mind

✨saying “that doesn’t work for me” calmly

✨sharing your idea even with a wobble in your voice

Maybe we don’t need bigger personalities.
Maybe we need a steadier relationship with our own inner yes/no.

If you’ve often found yourself holding back — unsure whether your voice, ideas or feelings really matter — Daffodil flower essence can be a gentle support.

It helps us recognise our own worth and begin expressing ourselves with more confidence and clarity 💛

A lot of people tell me their sleep goes off in spring 🌿✨

More light. More going on. More “shoulds”.
And suddenly the body won’t switch off — even when you’re exhausted 😌

If your nights have been restless, Deep Sleep tincture is one of the simplest supports I’ve made for this pattern: settling the nervous system and helping the body and mind slow down and drift off.

This is steady herbal support you can take consistently and just let it do its work.

I love just having it there so I know that if I'm struggling to sleep on a night, I can take some of this tincture and get myself a good sleep 😴

Today many people celebrate St Patrick’s Day.

For me it’s also a moment to quietly honour the land of Ireland itself.

🌿The ancient hedgerows beginning to wake.
🌿The fresh green herbs returning after winter.
🌿The shift in light that tells us spring is slowly arriving.

Long before parades and celebrations, people here knew the land through the plants growing around them. They watched the seasons closely and understood the herbs that supported the body after the long winter months.

Ireland has always been a land rich in plant medicine, and that quiet relationship with the plants is still here for those who choose to notice it. ✨

As a herbalist, it feels like a privilege to continue learning from this landscape and the plants that grow here.

So today I’m simply grateful for the land, the returning herbs, and the deep wisdom that still lives in this place. ❤

The land remembers. ☘️

Where are you noticing the first signs of spring where you are?

Daffodil is impossible to hide 🌟

Bright. Bold. Standing tall in chilly early spring — when there aren’t many other flowers willing to show themselves yet.

That’s part of its medicine.

Daffodil flower essence is for confidence, self-worth, and self-expression.
For the moments you second-guess yourself, go quiet, or feel like you don’t quite know who you are right now.

Daffodil supports:

✨recognising your own importance and uniqueness

✨sharing your voice and skills with conviction

✨moving from self-focus into the bigger picture of “my place in this world”

It’s an essence that supports the solar plexus — working on us exploring and sharing our identity, presence and how we share our message and gifts in the world.

If you or a loved one could do with a confidence boost, then Daffodil flower essence is the essence for you. Just click on the link in the comments to find out more...

Each of us is so important in this world 💛🌿✨

Something I hear surprisingly often at markets is people saying:

“I don’t sleep well… but I think it might be my digestion.”

And they’re often right.

When digestion feels unsettled, the body can remain slightly alert at night.
Supporting digestion during the day often improves sleep far more gently than strong sedatives.

Herbal medicine tends to work like this — small shifts in one system helping another.

If your digestion needs a little help, click on the link in the comments for my delicious Digestion & Gut Health Tea ❤

When you're meant to feel all "fresh and Spring-like", but you just don't... 😩

Maybe it feels like:
🤔 You’re doing the same things… but you’re more tired.
🤔 You’re trying to be “good” again… but your sleep is worse.
🤔 Your body is hungry for lighter mornings… but your nervous system still wants winter.

I see this every year — and I hear it in conversations too: people assume they’re doing something wrong when, actually, their body is doing something intelligent.

Early spring is a threshold. And thresholds are sometimes not as easy to cross as we want them to be...
Your system is adjusting to more light, more movement, more demand — while still needing steadiness and rootedness.

If you’re feeling slow, foggy, irritable, restless… it doesn’t mean you’ve failed at spring!
It means that you are midway in crossing the threshold.

It often means you need a few more weeks of gentle consistency before you really feel that Springtime flow 🌿

Take your time
Be gentle on yourself
You're getting there ✨

One of the flowers I love to see in early spring is Crocus. ✨

After months of winter earth, these small purple and golden flowers suddenly appear.

Crocus has long been associated with the earth and ourselves awakening and the expansion into new horizons.

In flower essence work, crocus supports us when we feel ready to move beyond old patterns and explore new possibilities. In fact it has been called the flower essence of the Spiritual Teacher, supporting us to move beyond what we ever believed was possible.

This little flower encourages curiosity, creativity, and expansion to allow an openness to change.

This is the type of change that is available to all of us, the kind that unfolds gradually as we begin trusting in ourselves and our own truth and intuition.
