Monday night workout done ✅
2 Tabata - 20 secs work 10 secs rest
No (1) SWEAT
✅1,2,3, knee - side to side [walk or run]
✅Crab walk position with toe touches [bum on ground or bum off ground]
✅Squat, squat inner thigh turn to front [made harder with squat jump]
✅1,2,3 knee repeater, tap straight back then tap back in a leg crossover position mini lunge towards the ground
No (2) CORE
✅Crab walk position with toe touches [bum on ground or bum off ground]
✅Walk out plank with taps to opposite shoulders
✅Hip twists
✅Straight sit ups [variations were fingers to knees/hand above head with full sit up]
Finished with sumo squats and the 1,2,3 knee as an energiser after the stretches....
Great work everyone - the puffing and panting levels were high tonight which means lots of effort - brilliant!
