The start of a new month and new season 🍂 and the start of a new chapter for Chapter Holistics ....

Sometimes life throws us curve balls and we need to make unexpected changes to our plans, a few weeks ago I fell and hurt nearly every joint in my body luckily most of me has healed but my previous dodgy shoulder has not 🥹
Most of my clients are aware I have fibromyalgia and unfortunately this means my wonderful body can have no rhyme or reason to how it responds to injury or stress 🤦‍♀️

So for the foreseeable future I will now only be offering Reflexology as a treatment as continually doing massage just isn't an option for me right now, as I need to listen to my body.

I've always said Reflexology is my favourite treatment to do and often thought about just making that my focus for my business and well now this curve ball has made that decision for me!

I've contacted directly my regular massage clients and made a plan moving forward with them 🖤 for those who had been considering booking for massage i can recommend some amazing therapists.

I will be offering two Reflexology options -

Seated Reflexology ideal for those with mobility issues or little space in their home- £25 for a full treatment 🖤

Full Reflexology treatment using the treatment bed will remain at the current price of - £35

So a few months ago I posted about new treatments launching....
Then life got in the way, juggling two businesses, mum life and everything in between!

As my one year in business is fast approaching I've been doing alot of evaluating and reflecting on the treatments I want to deliver and how they will best serve clients and me as a therapist.

Personally am not someone who does well when I don't have a deadline to work to, procrastination kicks in big time 🤦‍♀️
So a deadline has been set to get my extra study on track!

In August marking Chapter Holistics first year, the treatments on offer will be changing slightly with the introduction of a few new exciting things!

Existing clients don't worry your favourite treatments will still be offered!
Just a few tweaks here and there to help my business grow🖤
