🚗 By Car (approx. 25–26 miles, ~35–37 min)

Start from Glasgow city centre, heading southwest via the M77 or A78 toward Ayrshire.
Continue to Kilwinning, exiting onto local lanes.
Once in Kilwinning, navigate to Ashgrove Road—the hall is at number 12, easily accessed from Stevenston Road (A738) .
Estimated driving time is around 35 minutes.

🚆 By Train (≈ 27–28 min direct, plus a short walk)
Board a ScotRail train from Glasgow Central heading toward Ayr, Ardrossan Harbour, or Largs.
Trains depart roughly every 15–20 minutes, running approximately 4 trains per hour off-peak, with slightly fewer on Sunday .
Journey time to Kilwinning station is around 27–29 minutes, with fares typically between £8–11 (evening or weekend prices) .
From Kilwinning station, the Scout Hall is only about 100 yards away—less than a 2-minute walk—via Ashgrove Road
