Strong Saturdays off to a flying start

Join us for PT -led strength & conditioning circuits.
Wednesdays 5.45-6.30pm
Saturdays 8-9am
Wednesday 45 is a short, sweet & sweaty session. Combining full body KB/DB metabolic work — training movement patterns at lower loads with high repetition.
Saturdays complement the work we do Wednesdays, loading those same movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull) with barbells and heavier dumbbells for pure strength. Neither session fatigues the same energy system as the other, so they reinforce rather than interfere, putting you through a full body workout that incorporates strength and cardiovascular training to improve endurance, heart health, fitness levels, mood and energy.
A fab way to start the weekend.
Plus it’s all outdoors, all weathers, in a beautiful enclosed garden space. Surrounded by nature for the extra feel good factor.
