Your compassion, dedication, resilience, and kindness make such a real difference every day not just to the people we support, but to each other as a team.

2025 brought challenges, growth, laughter, and moments we can all be proud of. None of it would be possible without the passion and heart you bring to your roles. You truly are the reason our services feel like homes and our teams feel like families.

An Amber Weather Warning has been issued for today due to heavy rain, strong winds and possible flooding.

Please be aware of:

• Difficult driving conditions
• Local road flooding
• Delays to buses/trains
• Possible power cuts

Staff guidance:
• Allow extra travel time
• Do NOT drive through floodwater
• Report any delays or issues to your Manager ASAP
• Check windows/doors in services and keep people safe and reassured
• Be prepared for contingency plans if travel/staffing is affected
