I’m so happy to share the 2026 dates for my new Spiritual Circle 🍃✨join us for a series of magical seasonal ceremonies and guided meditations, honouring the turning of the Celtic wheel and the wisdom of the moon. This year we will also explore Tarot, Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), psychic skills, past life regression, crystals and vision boards. I had the most lovely experience today gaining a new qualification in hot stones reflexology. My trainer Natalie was so knowledgeable and I met the lovely Sami 👣I can’t wait to share this treatment with you all 🦶✨

Who needs a little me time after the busy Christmas festivities? Who made a new year resolution to take better care of themselves this year? We’re all so good at looking after everyone else but so bad at taking some time to just recharge and relax. Winter is the best time to slowdown and be kind to our bodies. 🌿 A New Chapter Begins 🌿

Yesterday marked the final treatment in my woodland home therapy room — a space that has held so much healing, connection, and transformation. It’s now time for this sacred space to rest and renew, with renovations underway until Spring 2026.

While my home room closes its doors for a while, I’m excited to announce that I’ll still be offering treatments in two beautiful new spaces:
✨ Tuesdays at The Therapy Shed, Heacham
✨ Wednesdays at Kinkz Hair Studio, King’s Lynn

To celebrate this new beginning and welcome fresh faces, I’m offering 50% off all treatments throughout May.
