EXHAUSTION ISN’T JUST “TIRED”
✨ There are different types of tiredness – and rest looks different for each one.
PHYSICAL TIRED
When your body is physically tired, you need to rest, this doesn’t mean your mind does too!
EMOTIONAL TIRED
When you are feeling emotionally tired you may need to rest and spend some time alone to process emotions then talk to someone about how you are feeling!
MENTALLY TIRED
When you are mentally tired you have far too much in your brain to cope with and need to remove something off your ever growing to do list! Ask for help to manage the load and remove the unnecessary things that mentally drain you.
💭 Important reminder:
If you’re resting but still exhausted, you may be resting the wrong part of you.
✨The key is about noticing what kind of tired you are — and gently removing what’s draining you.
